The old expression: “Build a better mouse trap and the world will beat a path to your door” has gone the way of the Dodo Bird! Many corporations these days, maintain huge staffs with no other purpose that to Lie, Cheat and Steal.

The inventor and innovator of today is often nothing more than a mark. A target to be intellectually raped, and then cast aside, all in the unholy name of “Just Good Business!”

Even the often vested media fears to tred upon the feet of the financial and political powers that be, and many of the children of the world are now raised on a diet of all is fair in love, war and big business. It is not how you get there, but rather that you do indeed get there at any cost, including that of your immortal soul, if such an esoteric animal still exists? “What ever happened to truth, justice and the American Way, or did that just exist in comic books?”

Not too many years ago, my youngest son in university came up with an idea that he trustingly submitted to a government entity and his own university. He believed that this innovation would help save the lives of astronauts, as well as billions of dollars in tax money! He received an automatic e-mail response back, stating that the idea had been received, but as time passed, noting more was forthcoming?

A few months later, the newspapers were flooded with articles about how that very same government agency had themselves come up with the same idea that my son had submitted to them months earlier (amazing)! I can only guess that when there is a fast buck to be made, or fame to be gather in, the theft of intellectual property takes priority over common decency, even when stealing from our nation’s youth and future? “I guess that this is what they mean by stealing candy from a baby?”

This of course, is but a single example, one of a multitude in fact, of cases where money meant far more to some than human dignity, even to those who go out of their way to claim honor as their own! And yet we still wonder why respect is being lost for big business and even world governments?

“Where there is no truth, there is no honor” and no amount of spin, be it media, government, big business, or even religious, can shield us from this corrupting fact! Only by facing and accepting the truth, can any nation progress or even survive!

“How are your own closets these days - any skeletons hanging around? For he who accepts, abets, or ignores the deeds of liars, users, intellectual thieves, and even captive audiences, is himself in deep moral trouble, like it or not!”
